On the second floor, a dedicated spa area offers an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna, hammam, relaxation space, and massage treatment room. Another double bedroom with an en-suite shower is located on this level. The first floor is family-friendly with a quad bunk bedroom that sleeps four children and has an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower, though it has no natural light. This level also includes a dedicated cinema room with a bar, a laundry room, an office, and a TV snug. The ground floor provides a boot room and access to a shared garage with one private parking space, along with an additional outdoor parking spot.
