This thoughtfully connected property blends the charm of a traditional seaside home with modern comforts and contemporary design, giving guests the best of both spaces while enjoying the privacy and flexibility of multiple living areas. 🏡 Two Spaces, One Seamless Stay The Ivies brings together: Ivydene — a bright and spacious three-bedroom house featuring a modern kitchen-diner, cosy lounge, and family bathroom Ivy Cellar — a beautifully finished two-bedroom apartment with an open-plan living space, additional kitchen, and private patio area The two properties are internally connected via a stairwell, allowing guests to move easily between both spaces while still benefiting from the option to separate and unwind in their own areas when desired. This unique layout is perfect for multi-generational stays, two families holidaying together, or groups of friends who want shared spaces as well as their own retreat. 🛏️ Sleeps 10 Comfortably Across the property, guests will find: 5 bedrooms 4 double bedrooms 1 bunk bedroom (ideal for children) 2 bathrooms 2 fully equipped kitchens Multiple living and dining areas This layout allows guests to socialise together or enjoy quiet time separately — a rare luxury for group stays. 🌿 Indoor Comfort Meets Outdoor Living From cosy lounges with soft furnishings and Smart TVs to bright dining spaces perfect for shared meals, The Ivy has been designed for relaxation. A newly installed hot tub adds an extra touch of luxury, with updated photos coming soon. To help us keep the hot tub safe and ready for every guest, a temporary £1 card hold will be placed before your stay. This is only a security check and not a charge — no money will be taken from your account. The £1 authorisation simply confirms the card details for security purposes in case of any damage or misuse of the hot tub during your stay. This will be securely processed through the check-in app prior to your arrival. The hold is released automatically by your bank or card provider.
