The villa spans 150 m² and accommodates up to 4 guests comfortably. The ground floor features an open-plan living area with seating and dining spaces facing the sea, an in-villa kitchen with a bar counter, and two bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, a beachfront pool terrace is furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor sitting area. The upper level features a large terrace with panoramic views of the sea and Phangan Island. This terrace includes a roofed lounge area with sofas and beanbags, a professional bar and counter, open relaxation space for sunbathing, and a projector setup for a cinema under the stars. The space can host private gatherings or intimate events of up to 25 guests.

The property is located in a tranquil area overlooking the sea and the island of Phangan. The peaceful atmosphere and proximity to the beach make it a perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and scenic views.

Check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. All service charges and taxes are included. A refundable damage deposit is required upon check-in. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge in cots or cribs. Children under 6 years old are charged 25 USD per night for an extra bed, and older children or adults are charged 50 USD per night for an extra bed. The rate includes cleaning and towel change twice a week, and linen change once a week. Additional cleaning or linen changes, as well as laundry, chef services, food delivery, nanny services, and massage, can be arranged at extra cost.
