A natural wood dining table under the pergola seats up to 14 guests, while a separate round table for six offers an intimate setting for breakfast or afternoon drinks. The heated infinity pool overlooks the horizon, and nearby terraces provide inviting areas for sunbathing or evening gatherings. A separate guest wing offers a private suite with a double bed, ensuite bathroom, outdoor shower, and an extra stage area suitable for two children. Another suite includes a private sauna, ensuite bathroom, adjustable twin or double bedding, a sofa bed, and a smart TV. A hidden kitchen area on the way to the private beach is stocked with refreshments for convenience.

The house is rented for up to 12 guests, with the option to accommodate two additional guests at an extra charge of €100 per person per day per person. The pool can be heated upon request for an additional €100 per day.
