Bergblick-Rückzugsort mit privater Sauna

The chalet is arranged across multiple floors, each thoughtfully designed to elevate comfort and relaxation. On the ground level, guests will find a dedicated wellness area with a fitness room and sauna, along with practical facilities such as a ski room, boot heaters, a garage, and a separate toilet. The first floor features several ensuite bedrooms, each offering warm finishes and high-end details. Three double bedrooms include their own private bathrooms, while an additional windowless room with two bunk beds—sleeping four children—also features its own bathroom. A laundry room is located on this level for added convenience. The second floor opens into a bright and expansive living area, where floor-to-ceiling views frame the valley and surrounding peaks. A fireplace anchors the lounge, which seamlessly flows into the dining area and fully equipped open kitchen. A second, more intimate TV lounge sits at the rear, designed in a cozy home-cinema style. A terrace on this level features a Nordic bath, inviting guests to unwind outdoors while taking in the scenery. The top floor houses the master suite, complete with a private terrace, dressing area, and a spacious ensuite bathroom offering a bathtub, shower, and double sinks. This sanctuary-like space crowns the chalet with privacy and exceptional comfort.

Set within the tranquil La Combaz area of La Rosière, the chalet is surrounded by the sunlit slopes of the Haute-Tarentaise. The village sits at 1850 meters and enjoys a privileged south-facing position with remarkable views of the Mont Blanc massif. Known for its peaceful atmosphere and Savoyard character, the area is ideal for guests seeking an authentic alpine experience with easy access to both nature and local charm.
