The apartment is set on a single floor and features two double bedrooms and two full bathrooms—one with a separate bathtub and shower, and the other with a shower. The master bedroom also includes an additional single bed, and all double beds can be separated to accommodate up to five guests in individual beds. The living area is elegantly divided into a dining room and a spacious lounge with sofas and armchairs, comfortably seating up to eight people. The kitchen opens onto the dining area. The terrace is spacious and very private, overlooking a canal and the historic walls of the Arsenale. It provides an additional dining space as well as a perfect spot to sunbathe or relax with a book in total privacy.

The building is just steps away from the famous Church of San Pietro di Castello, which was the seat of the Patriarchate of Venice until 1807. The area is peaceful and off the beaten tourist path, yet still authentically Venetian. St. Mark’s Square is just a 15-minute walk away, while Via Garibaldi and the Biennale Gardens can be reached in only 5 minutes. Ca’ Barbarina is divided into two separate apartments that can be rented together.
