The villa offers a total indoor living area of 260 square metres and is arranged across multiple levels. The ground floor includes a dedicated yoga space equipped with mats, a sauna, a jacuzzi, and a bathroom with a shower, creating a private wellness area within the villa. The first floor features an open-plan living area with a sofa, a 55-inch Smart Satellite TV, and sea views. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances, a dining area, and a communal WC. A bedroom on this floor is furnished with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, air conditioning, a 43-inch Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has direct access to a balcony with sea views. This floor also provides access to a balcony with an outdoor swimming pool. The second floor hosts another bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, air conditioning, a 43-inch Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the sea. The lower floor is arranged as a self-contained apartment-style space and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a 43-inch Smart TV, and mountain views from the window, along with a bathroom with a shower.

The villa is located in the traditional village of Embrósneros, in the Apokoronas area of Chania. The surrounding landscape is rural and tranquil, characterized by olive trees, vineyards, and rolling hills. The elevated position offers panoramic views of the Cretan Sea and the White Mountains, while the area maintains a peaceful village atmosphere.

From 2024, in accordance with article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee applies. The fee is €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival. The villa forms part of a two-villa complex. The two villas are located next to each other, are owned and managed by the same host, and are connected by an outdoor bridge, allowing flexibility for larger groups. Cleaning Service: For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one cleaning service with a change of linens and bath towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one cleaning service and a change of linens and bath towels every 4 days. • All legal taxes, VAT, Commissions, free Wi-fi and electricity are included in the accommodation cost • Heated pool: yes (all villas) • Check-in: 17:00 & Check-out: 10:00 Heated Pool Policy: The swimming pool can be heated at an extra cost of 50€ per day by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26°C depending on weather conditions. We request 5 days' advance notice for this facility. The cost of the heated pool can be pursued only with cash upon arrival. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, payable in cash upon arrival.
