The lower ground level includes a children’s bedroom with a games area and ensuite bathroom, an additional bedroom suitable for nannies or extra guests, a fully equipped service kitchen with ample storage and cooking facilities and a monte-plat connecting to the upper kitchen, a relaxation area with sauna and shower, a gym and yoga sala, and a ski and boot room with direct access to the underground garage.
