The ground floor is designed for both relaxation and entertainment. It features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen suitable for preparing meals, an air-conditioned living room with plush furnishings and sea views, and a wellness corner that includes a sauna and a bathroom. One bedroom is located on the ground floor for added convenience. The villa offers five bedrooms in total, accommodating up to ten guests. Four bedrooms are located on the first floor. All bedrooms are furnished with 200 x 200 cm king-size beds, are air-conditioned, and include en-suite bathrooms equipped with both showers and bathtubs. The outdoor area includes a heated infinity pool measuring 50 m² with a depth of 1.5 meters, designed to visually blend with the sea. The pool area is furnished with sunbeds and an outdoor lounge. A barbecue area is also available for outdoor dining.

The villa is situated near the coastal town of Omiš, an area known for its natural beauty and diverse attractions. Its seaside location offers direct proximity to the Adriatic while remaining close to the town center.

Check-in is from 16:00 to 00:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are allowed, with up to two pets accepted at no extra charge. Events are not permitted. A security deposit of EUR 500 is required. Pool maintenance, final cleaning, Wi-Fi, baby cot and highchair, parking, and use of the electric vehicle charger are included in the stay.
