The main house features six bedrooms, five in the main building and one in the separate guest house. The main floor is accessed via stone steps leading to an entrance corridor with cloakroom. The sitting room is furnished with two leather sofas, armchairs, coffee tables and a Smart TV, and opens onto a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the valley. The open plan kitchen includes a large central island, four gas rings, oven, microwave, two dishwashers, two fridge-freezers with water and ice dispenser, freezer, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and kettle. A secondary rear kitchen provides an additional fridge-freezer, sink and storage space. The dining area combines antique and modern furnishings and opens via French doors to the garden and courtyard. On the main floor, the master bedroom includes a 180 cm king-size bed, air conditioning, French doors to the balcony and an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower and toilet. A second bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed, air conditioning, French doors to the balcony and an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. A separate WC is also available on this level. Upstairs, an open-plan lounge area beneath the eaves includes table football, games, desk, television and DVD player. Three bedrooms are located on this floor. One bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, another has two single beds, and the third offers a 160 cm double bed. Each has an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a mobile air conditioning unit. The guest house, located a few steps from the main house, provides a 160 cm double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, sitting area with sofa and coffee table, fan, and an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. Additional indoor facilities include high-speed internet, cable/satellite television, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Heating consists of oil heating on the ground floor and electric heating on the first floor, along with a chimney. Hair dryers are provided in each bathroom. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

The property is located in a quiet rural hamlet north of the Dordogne River, close to Siorac-en-Périgord and the medieval town of Saint-Cyprien in the Périgord Noir region of the Dordogne. Canoeing, kayaking and a riverside beach can be found near Siorac-en-Périgord, while Saint-Cyprien offers shops, restaurants and a Sunday morning market. Within easy driving distance are Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Limeuil, Trémolat and Bergerac, as well as Sarlat-la-Canéda approximately 26 km away. The Vézère valley sites including Le Bugue and Les Eyzies are within 15 km. Other nearby destinations include Monpazier, Belvès and Issigeac. The closest train station is Gare de Siorac-en-Périgord (5 km). The nearest airports are Bergerac (49 km) and Brive–Souillac Airport (63 km).
