The house includes an entrance hall, a bright living room with a double kitchen semi-open to the dining room, a lounge with a fireplace, and a separate TV and reading room. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms or shower rooms, and a children’s TV lounge with a sofa bed. An annex provides an additional bedroom with shower room and toilet. The sunny enclosed garden features an 11 x 3 meter heated swimming pool equipped with an electric cover, open from April to the All Saints’ Day holidays. There is a covered patio, terrace, wooden decking, griddle, ping-pong table and parking for two cars, with additional parking next to the house. The house was furnished and equipped in 2021 with quality furniture.

The house is located in the village of Bois-Plage-en-Ré on the Île de Ré. The market is a five-minute walk away. A cycle path behind the house provides direct access to beaches and nearby villages. Saint-Martin-de-Ré is 2.5 km away and La Couarde is 3.5 km away. The setting offers absolute calm with no overlooking neighbors.
