It is close to the Meydan Hotel, the Meydan Racecourse, and the upcoming Meydan One. A refundable security deposit of AED 3,000 per booking is required and payable by credit card with the last payment. For monthly stays, a security deposit of AED 5,000 is required. Bedroom three is furnished with a bunk bed suitable for children only. If the maid’s room is included, subject to an additional supplement, the apartment can accommodate up to four adults in total. Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 and check-out is before 12:00. No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events are allowed. Children are welcome.
