The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and bidet. Tourism Dirham charges apply at a rate of AED 10 per night per bedroom and may be collected upon arrival. A 5% UAE VAT applies in accordance with government regulations. A refundable security deposit of AED 2,000 per booking is required, and for monthly stays a security deposit of AED 5,000 applies. Final cleaning costs AED 350 per booking and booking fees are 5% of the booking value. Check-in is from 15:00 to 00:00 and check-out is before 12:00. No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events are permitted. Keys must be collected during designated hours, and late arrivals must be arranged in advance.
