The villa extends across three levels and combines modern design with natural materials. The ground level features an open-plan living area with a sofa, a 55-inch satellite Smart TV. Floor-to-ceiling openings allow natural light and provide sea views from inside the villa. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and a dining area for six guests. This level also includes one bedroom with a king-size bed, Coco-Mat mattress, ensuite bathroom with shower, air conditioning, a 43-inch Smart TV, and a private balcony with mountain views, along with a communal WC. The first level hosts two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and Coco-Mat mattress, air conditioning, a 43-inch Smart TV, private balcony, and ensuite bathroom with shower. One bedroom features sea views while the other overlooks the mountains. The rooftop level features an open-air bedroom with a king-size bed and Coco-Mat mattress, a 43-inch Smart TV, an additional 43-inch satellite Smart TV, a minibar, and an open-air bathroom with a shower. A private jacuzzi accommodates up to six guests, and the retractable roof allows the space to open to the sky. On the lower level, a private massage studio is available for wellness and relaxation and can be used exclusively when a professional massage service is booked.

The villa is located in Sidonia in the Heraklion area, directly in front of the beach and only a short distance from local amenities. A playground and beach bar café are located nearby, while tavernas and a mini market are within walking distance. The surrounding area offers coastal scenery and a relaxed seaside atmosphere.

-For reservations with stay dates between 1 November and 19 March, we offer one cleaning service and a change of linens and bath towels every 7 days. -From the 1st of November till the 19th of March, the pool can be heated upon request, at an additional cost of 50€ per pool per day. We require 3 days' advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival. A climate crisis resilience fee applies according to Greek legislation. The fee is 15€ per night from April to October and 4€ per night from November to March, payable in cash upon arrival. For reservations of five to seven nights, one cleaning service and one change of linens and towels are provided. For stays longer than seven nights, cleaning and linen changes are provided every four days. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 10:00. 8 sunbeds and 4 umbrellas have been added for each villa and are available for the exclusive use of our guests at the beach. An EV charger is now available, with the charging cost payable by guests via card. All rooms are equipped with a safe. The air conditioning system operates via fan coil units.
