The central living area combines the dining room, kitchen, and lounge in an open-plan layout, while partial partitions create a sense of privacy within each space. The fully equipped kitchen includes a practical bar area ideal for breakfast. A large sheltered terrace provides a comfortable setting for enjoying the surrounding mountain scenery. The chalet also includes four double bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room, two separate toilets, and a laundry room.

The chalet is situated in the Les Praz area of Chamonix, approximately 1 km from the Flégère cable car and 2 km from the town centre. Chamonix is located between the Aiguilles Rouges Nature Reserve and Mont Blanc, at the crossroads of France, Switzerland, and Italy. The destination is renowned for mountaineering, skiing, and access to high-mountain landscapes.
