Rustic Chalet Near Chamonix Town Center

The chalet has four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have access to the garden. The living areas include a dining room, an open equipped kitchen, a terrace and a TV lounge, with an additional TV lounge in the mezzanine. The chalet has two independent bathrooms, one with a shower and single basin and the other with a bathtub and single basin. There are also two separate toilets, a laundry room and a ski room. The kitchen is equipped with a cooking surface, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, barbecue, fondue appliance and raclette machine. Other household equipment includes an iron, ironing board, kitchen exhaust hood, washing machine and vacuum cleaner.

The chalet is in the Chamonix area, situated between the Aiguilles Rouges nature reserve and Mont Blanc, at the crossroads between France, Switzerland and Italy. Chamonix has approximately 14,000 year-round inhabitants and more than 80,000 tourist beds. The accommodation is 300 metres from the centre and has a Mont Blanc view.
