The property consists of two connected buildings, referred to in the original description as the main building and the smaller connected building, and is arranged over three levels.
The main building has a wellness area on the ground floor with a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional showers, counter-current swimming pool, whirlpool, relaxation area and dressing room, as well as a balcony. The first floor contains the ski room, kitchen, living and dining areas opening onto a large balcony and terrace, and a guest bathroom.
The second floor has three double master suites with en suite bathrooms. Each master suite has its own private and independent mezzanine, accessible only from inside the respective suite and capable of being closed off by a door. One of these suites contains two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom, while two of the suites also have access to a shared balcony. A laundry room is also located on this floor.
The second connected building has a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a cinema room and a guest bathroom on the ground floor. Its first floor contains another double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
The outdoor area includes a garden, outdoor chill-out area, rain shower, al fresco dining areas, a garage for three cars, a parking area for the snowcat and a heliport.
