The outdoor area also includes a covered dining space with a five-metre reclaimed dragline table, a built-in barbecue, and a sink. The covered dining area can accommodate up to 14 people. Inside, the spacious living area has a seven-metre couch, a 55-inch Samsung TV with Apple TV and Chromecast, and a small Bluetooth speaker. Dimmable lighting is installed throughout the living area, while smart switches throughout the house help manage lighting and energy consumption. The kitchen serves as a central gathering space and includes a bar with sunset views. Its equipment includes a dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, large refrigerator, double freezer drawers, and a fully equipped kitchen setup. A separate dining area features a large reclaimed monastery table with seating for up to 12 people. The property also offers Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, an alarm, CCTV, an office area, pool towels, a pool table, and table tennis. An end-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays of eight nights or more, a midweek cleaning and linen change are also included. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost of €30 per hour. A full linen change for stays of fewer than eight nights costs an additional €290. A security deposit of €2,400 is required. Children are allowed, and smoking is permitted.
