The recently renovated kitchen was designed for preparing meals for large groups and includes two large fridges with a small freezer, two dishwashers, an oven, microwave and cooker. Next to the outdoor kitchen is a dining table with seating for ten beneath a shaded pergola. The outdoor area includes a large 10 x 4.5 metre pool, a Jacuzzi and groups of outdoor furniture with chill-out areas. The pool house has two built-in sofas, sun chairs and a table, providing a shaded area overlooking the pool. The activity room has two separate entrances from outside and includes a table-tennis table, yoga mats, training bench, weights, board games, darts and a TV. The property includes a welcome pack containing crisps and almonds from Mallorca, one bottle of Cava, one bottle of rosé from the island, several bottles of water, several coffee pods, and travel-size shower cream, soap and shampoo in the bedrooms. Housekeeping is included. For stays of one week, a midweek clean on Wednesday and an end-of-stay clean are included, with cleaning starting at 10:00 for three hours. Children are allowed.
