The chalet is designed around spacious areas for relaxation, entertainment and shared moments. The lower entertainment floor features a private cinema, bar and games room. The dedicated wellness floor includes an indoor swimming pool with a children’s pool, hot tub, hammam, sauna, swim spa, massage room with halotherapy, beauty salon, fitness room and relaxation lounge with a bar. The ground floor includes the entrance lobby, garage, ski room, boots heater and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom floor features four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, while the uppermost floor is dedicated to the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The main living floor offers a living room, TV room, central fireplace, dining room, open-plan fitted kitchen, utility room, balcony and terrace. The property also features an elevator, wood fireplace, garage, ski room and boots heater. Household appliances include a kettle, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. A baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Located in Courchevel 1850, the chalet is positioned in the heart of the prestigious Les 3 Vallées ski area. The resort centre and access to the slopes are approximately 200 metres away, while the nearest ski lift and ski school are approximately 300 metres away. Courchevel comprises five villages along the valley: Saint-Bon, Courchevel le Praz, Courchevel Village, Courchevel Moriond and Courchevel 1850. The wider Les 3 Vallées ski area connects Courchevel with the Méribel Valley and the Vallée des Belleville and offers approximately 600 km of snowsports terrain.

The chalet offers an Excellence half-board service with meal preparation and meal service for 8 hours per day, daily cleaning and maintenance for 8 hours per day, and chauffeur and valet service for 10 hours per day. Food and drinks used for meal preparation, spirits according to the wine list, domestic staff overtime and local tax are not included. A €30,000 security deposit is required, and a 25% deposit is payable at the time of reservation. Cancellation terms vary according to the time of cancellation. From the reservation date until 31 days before arrival, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. From 30 days before arrival through the arrival date, including no-shows, 100% of the total stay cost is charged. Voluntarily shortened stays are not refundable.
