The chalet extends across five floors and combines spacious living areas with extensive wellness facilities. The main living level features a large living room, an additional living room, a small living room, dining room, fireplace, professional kitchen, TV, balcony and terrace. A mezzanine provides additional space. The wellness area includes an indoor swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi, hammam, sauna, Japanese bath, massage room and fitness room, as well as a separate toilet. There is also a laundry room. The chalet has seven bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The bedrooms are distributed across the upper levels and ground floor, with en-suite bathrooms, balconies and additional features depending on the room. The property also provides an elevator, garage, ski room, high chair and baby cot. Multimedia facilities include TVs, a Bluetooth or Wi-Fi speaker and PlayStation. The kitchen and household equipment include an oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

The chalet is located in Courchevel 1850, one of the villages forming part of the Les 3 Vallées ski area. The ski slopes are approximately 50 metres away, while the ski lifts are approximately 350 metres away. The resort centre and ski school are approximately 2 kilometres from the property. Courchevel forms part of the extensive Les 3 Vallées ski area, offering access to a large network of ski slopes and lifts.

The chalet offers a half-board service with dedicated staff, including a chef, butler, chalet manager, housekeeper and chauffeur. Meal preparation and service are included within the stated service, while food and drinks, spirits, staff overtime and local tax are additional. Animals are not accepted. The cancellation policy states that the 25% deposit paid at reservation is non-refundable for cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival. From 30 days before arrival through the arrival date, including no-shows, 100% of the total stay is charged. In certain circumstances, if the property is successfully re-rented for the cancelled dates, a refund may be considered after a 5% administrative fee. Shortened stays are generally non-refundable.
