On the ground level, the open-plan living area includes a sofa, a 50-inch satellite Smart TV, mountain views, and access to the pool terrace through large sliding doors. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their meals, while the dining area accommodates four guests. An additional guest can sleep on the living room sofa upon request for an extra charge. The sofa measures 1.10 × 2.20 metres and is suitable for adults or children.
The ground level also features the first bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 metres. The bedroom has air conditioning and direct access to the yard. A bathroom with a shower is also available on this level.
The upper level contains two additional bedrooms. The second bedroom features two single beds measuring 0.90 × 2.00 metres each, which can be converted into a king-size bed upon request. It also includes air conditioning, a hairdryer, and access to a balcony. The third bedroom features a king-size bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 metres, air conditioning, a hairdryer, and balcony access.
