There are five double bedrooms, each designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic, high ceilings, large windows, and natural light. Four bedrooms offer sea and countryside views, while the fifth bedroom provides independent outdoor access and a small kitchen with a sink, fridge, and microwave for added privacy. Outside, a private infinity pool overlooks the surrounding landscape and Mediterranean Sea. The sun terrace extends along the pool and is furnished with oversized daybeds and sun loungers. A shaded lounge area provides a comfortable retreat from the sun, while the barbecue and large outdoor dining table accommodate up to ten people. The terrace is also a lovely place to enjoy the sunrise over the sea.

The villa is situated in a peaceful, gated residential community on Ibiza’s east coast, between Ibiza Town and Santa Eulalia del Río. The area is known for its tranquil rocky coves and is home to the island’s only golf course. Cala Olivera Beach is approximately 2.5 km away, with an estimated six-minute drive. Restaurants are around 3.7 km away, approximately ten minutes by car. Shops are approximately 5.3 km away, with an estimated eight-minute drive, while Cala Llonga is around 5 km away, approximately eight minutes by car. Entertainment venues include Destino Five, approximately 8.7 km away; Pacha, approximately 8.9 km away; UNVRS, approximately 13.4 km away; and Hï Ibiza/Ushuaïa, approximately 13.9 km away. A security deposit of €4,000 is required. For stays of fewer than four nights, an end-of-stay cleaning fee of €450 applies. Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request, with a minimum booking of four hours at €20 per hour. Pool heating is available for €500 per week.
