A unique 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi-detached apartment within walking distance to the Camps Bay promenade. This lovely home offers the perfect beach-side getaway for a holiday. The Space: A breath of fresh sea-side air will greet you at this beautiful 3 bedroom apartment. All the spaces in this property offer views of the Atlantic. A short walk will take you down to Camps Bay beach and promenade with shops and restaurants. As you enter through the electric security gate there is parking for 2 small cars. The front entrance on the ground level opens onto the light open plan living/dining room and kitchen which is fully equipped. The dining table has seating for 8 and there is comfortable lounge seating. There are wall to ceiling glass windows and doors which lead to a small deck with lounge seating and a splash pool. The second en-suite bedroom is on the ground level of the house and has access to the shared deck with the living room. On the lower level of the property are the other two en-suite bedrooms. Both of these bedrooms have TV, air conditioning and access to a small deck. The third bedroom has twin beds and a sleeper couch. LOAD SHEDDING BACK UP What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs in the property. What Isn’t Powered: The oven, all airconditioners, washing machine and dryer do not work during loadshedding. The airconditioners and the geyser are also excluded from the power backup. What Doesn’t Require: The gas stove works throughout loadshedding. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children under 12. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. The Neighborhood: Camps Bay is movie-set pretty with its palm-lined beach and backdrop of the Twelve Apostles mountain range, which forms part of Table Mountain. With restaurants, bars and clubs lining the buzzing Victoria Road, Camps Bay is a great setting for an unforgettable holiday. Other Things to Note: Air-con is not available throughout the property. One of the downstairs bathrooms looks into the swimming pool!
