The ground floor includes the open-plan kitchen and living area, one double bedroom with garden access, and a modern shower room. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is a twin bedroom (convertible to a double if needed), a master bedroom with a private balcony overlooking the countryside, and a modern family shower room.The outdoor areas are ideal for relaxation and recreation. Guests can enjoy the private swimming pool (4 x 8 m), large sun terrace with loungers, beautifully maintained gardens, and a shaded gazebo with a built-in barbecue and dining area—perfect for outdoor meals and gatherings.
