Tropical Twin Villas

This Villa is a unique luxury property, located in a vast area of unspoilt countryside. The size and scope of the property, as well as the location of the Villas on the property, offer walking and hiking areas (both on the property and in the 10 adjacent hectares of green space), as well as breathtaking views of the bay and ocean. The cliff top has been developed with sheltered terraces, hiking trails and other trails, while preserving the wilderness. The two houses are independent, each with its own pools and gardens, designed in luxury villas, with designer and trendy furniture such as Peter Eaton Gurnz. Luxurious and deliciously intimate, the Villa is located in the exclusive community of Petit Cul de Sac, in the Domaine du Levant. This complex consists of two Villas with a total of six bedrooms. The main house has four bedrooms and its little sister, connected by a footbridge, has two. (They cannot be rented separately to ensure confidentiality). Its charming tropical garden setting accompanies the spacious living and dining areas, which include a contemporary style gazebo, a jacuzzi and two heated pools in winter. On the cliff, you will find a large heated jacuzzi and a luxurious outdoor dining room, with barbecue, which offers magnificent panoramic and amazing views of the sunrise. Other special features include an air-conditioned fitness room for comfort with its own bathroom. The decor is breathtaking with a soothing palette of grey and white. Each house has its own living room, kitchen, swimming pool and private lounge, and each room has its own terrace with ocean views. In the main house, there is also a cinema room with a bar and a fitness room with a shower. This Villa has it all! Luxury, comfort, top-of-the-range equipment, close to all amenities! You want to live a dream holiday in this charming Villa, so don't hesitate any longer and book it quickly! The Villa, located at the top of the property, is connected by landscaping and stone paths to the Villa, which has four identical-sized bedrooms with private bathrooms and private solariums. In the Villas, the rooms are white in colour with splashes of fun tropical colours on their bedding, and their elegant large bathrooms are elegantly decorated with slate tiles. The houses are also equipped with WIFI and video surveillance. LIVING AREA Magnificent living room with stunning ocean views. KITCHEN & DINING AREA Fully equipped kitchen, ocean view.
