The vacation rental  is a charming property located in Vitet overlooking the ocean and the lagoon of Grand-Cul-de-Sac. Very well equipped and located close to all amenities, this three-bedroom villa with swimming pool is the perfect place for a stay with family or friends in the Caribbean.Built on one level over two connected buildings, villa  widely opens onto the infinite ocean and the crystal-clear waters of the lagoon. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa, nice armchairs and an HD TV in front of a large bay onto the large terrace. The modern, well-equipped kitchen is located next to the living room, and features a lovely indoor dining area with a round table for six guests. Bright and well-appointed, 's indoor space is gently swept by the trade winds that blow through the wide openings, letting in the natural glow shining through the palm trees. The atmosphere is soothing, quiet and restful, in a decor of driftwood and warm fabrics.At the front, the terrace of the villa is spacious and well equipped with a beautiful swimming pool overlooking the deep blue ocean, as well as an outdoor dining area located at one end of the terrace under a charming pergola filtering the island sun. There are loungers in front of the stunningly beautiful ocean view, the perfect place to enjoy the tropical sunshine reading a book or sipping a cocktail. A second outdoor dining room is also available on the side of the villa, for pleasant al fresco dinners in the cool vegetation provided by the palm trees and the garden’s flowering shrubs.The holiday rental  consists of three air-conditioned bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. They are all furnished with king size four-poster beds and offer splendid ocean views.
