The property is professionally cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards before your arrival. * **Security Hold:** Please note that a $750 security hold will be processed 5 days prior to arrival and returned after a post-checkout inspection. (This does not apply to reservations made through Airbnb). * **Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We are happy to offer flexible arrival and departure times, when possible, for an additional fee of $25 per hour.
