Outdoor spaces include a large infinity pool (17 x 5.5 meters, 1.5 meters deep), sun deck with loungers, two shaded terraces, and a raised lounging area ideal for sunset views. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is nestled among the trees. The pool is open from May 1st to October 31st. The grounds, designed by landscape architect Ivan Gallo, are lined with Mediterranean plants and olive trees, reflecting the local character. The sunken garden below offers a peaceful, shaded retreat accessible from the lower suites.

Located between Noto and Marzamemi, the villa offers access to the long golden beaches and rich ecosystem of the Vendicari Nature Reserve. The area features rocky cliffs, dense vegetation, and crystal-clear sea. Nearby attractions include the UNESCO-listed baroque town of Noto, the fishing village of Marzamemi known for seafood and relaxed charm, and the authentic towns of Pachino and Avola. The baroque towns of Ragusa, Scicli, and Modica, as well as the historic city of Siracusa, are also within reach.
