On the ground floor, there is a converted wine cellar formerly used as the Palmento, now serving as a tasting room for DOC wines from the estate and surrounding area. This floor also houses a sitting room with a TV, a guest bathroom, and a laundry area. Nearby is a suite with a private entrance, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a tub and shower. Annex 1, a two-floor structure of about 150 square meters, includes a ground floor living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with direct access to a shaded outdoor dining terrace for eight, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
