Kings Garden 1 - Daniel&Jacob's Premium Apartments

This is a real gem of a vacation home. Private, spacious and situated in a superb part of downtown Copenhagen. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a charming classic building, more than 150 years old. Thankfully, there's an elevator that takes you all the way up. A TOUR OF THE PLACE You enter into a large common area. Here, you will find a full kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and all essential cooking tools and utensils. Opposite the kitchen is a lounge area with a sofa, sofa chair and a nice big TV. Finally, the open space also features a large dining table with plenty of space for all of you. During the day, the glass walls into the bedrooms let daylight flood through the common area. For a little privacy at night, just draw the floor-to-ceiling curtains. The bedrooms have super comfortable beds and ceiling fans. One room has an extra single bed. Finally, there are two full bathrooms with spacious showers decorated in a clean, Nordic style.

The home is in the heart of a very trendy, upscale area of Copenhagen. Kongens Have (Kings Garden) is at the end of the street. Hip restaurants like Pastis and Retour Steak and the iconic Nyhavn waterfront and entertainment district are steps away.

Additional rules: Luggage storage: Due to capacity and space, we offer limited services on luggage storage before and after check-out. We have a great service in Copenhagen called luggagehero who uses local shops, cafe's and restaurants for storage so always a possibility quite close. No Party Policy: Into This Place enforces a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of other guests and neighbours. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. A warning will be issued, should guest violate this policy. A second violation will result in immediate eviction from the apartment without refund. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. Any evidence of smoking will result in a €1,000 fee. Furniture and Room Furnishings: All furniture, furnishings and kitchenware must be returned to it’s original placement prior to checking out.We require a credit card on hold for any damages beyond normal use of our amenities incurred during the guest's stay. The guest authorizes Into This Place to charge the cost of repair of such damage or loss of such items caused by themselves, or any person for whom they are responsible. Such damage would include the cost of cleaning bedding and upholstery, and fumigation if the guest smokes in a room, and/or damage to furniture, rugs, walls and fixtures as well as replacing missing items such as bedding, towels, furnishings, kitchenware, etc. Rates & policies subject to change. Minimum age for check in is 23.
