Security will be returned within 10 days from tenants’ departure to their account provided no damages and extra charges occur. • Please bring proof of identification. • Passport required for non-residents. • All bookings are final, non-refundable. • Security deposit 20% of the total amount required 2 weeks prior to check-in with a wire transfer or with credit card pre-authorization upon arrival. Security will be returned within 10 banking days from tenants’ departure to their account provided no damages and extra charges occur.
