No Parties or Events: Parties and events are not allowed to ensure that all guests can enjoy a quiet and peaceful environment. Please respect the quiet hours and resort rules. Be sure to check the schedule of each resort service to make the most of your stay. Please note: We do not provide washcloths as part of the standard linen setup. If you would like to request washcloths, they are available for an additional cost of $3 each. Fresh, unused washcloths will be delivered directly to the property upon request. No parties or disruptive noise are allowed during this time to ensure a peaceful environment. No Smoking: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or any other substances) is strictly prohibited inside the property. A $250 fine will apply for violations. No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $200 fine, plus any additional fees from the resort. Occupancy: Please respect the number of guests stated in your reservation. Exceeding this limit may affect insurance coverage in case of an incident. ★ MAINTENANCE AND SERVICES ★ Pool and Jacuzzi Maintenance: Maintenance is performed periodically with no fixed schedule. Our team will notify guests in advance to minimize any inconvenience. The pools are surrounded by nature, which may result in leaves or other natural debris falling into the water. For your convenience, we provide pool skimmers in the property so you can easily remove any debris as needed. Forgotten Items: The return of lost items incurs a $150 administrative fee, plus shipping costs. Payment must be made in advance. ★ GARBAGE DISPOSAL ★ Collection Days: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday. Trash must be securely placed inside the designated containers and left on the street in front of the garage. If the containers are full, please use the compactor located on Heritage Crossing Way, in front of Building K. Important: Containers must not be moved from their designated location, as this may result in fines from the Resort administration. Garbage left outside the house or on the porch may also lead to penalties from Reunion Resort. ★ POOL HEATING ★ Cost: Available for an additional fee. Advance Notice: Please request pool heating at least 2 days in advance. Minimum Usage: Pool heating must be booked for a minimum of 2 consecutive days. Heating Time: The pool may take up to 72 hours to reach the desired temperature, depending on outdoor conditions. Maximum Temperature: 90°F. ★ PROPERTY CARE ★ Access Cards: Please keep your access card secure. Lost cards will incur a replacement fee. Property Items: Please take care of all items in the home, including bedding and towels. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to your account. ★ SUPPLIES ★ Basic supplies are provided for the first few days of your stay. We recommend purchasing additional items for your comfort during the remainder of your visit.
