The spiral staircase acts as a sculptural centerpiece, giving the apartment a distinctive architectural character while connecting the two levels seamlessly. This floor is dedicated primarily to rest and privacy. Three beautifully arranged bedrooms provide comfortable and peaceful spaces to unwind after a day exploring Copenhagen. Soft natural light and a calm atmosphere make these rooms ideal for relaxing nights. Also located on this level is the apartment’s stylish bathroom, conveniently positioned near the bedrooms and designed with comfort and functionality in mind. Descending the spiral staircase, you arrive at the semi-basement level where the apartment opens into its main social space. Despite being partially below ground, the level benefits from natural light and a warm, intimate ambiance that makes it perfect for gathering.
