The swimming pool is heated from April through the All Saints’ Day holidays and is equipped with a secure electric curtain. End-of-stay cleaning is included, along with sheets prepared on arrival, sponges, and pool towels. Childcare equipment, including two baby cots, is available free of charge. A concierge is available and reachable throughout the stay. From November 7 to March 30, the property accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. No smoking is permitted. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are prohibited, and the minimum guest age is 28. Check-in is between 5 pm and 8 pm. Check-out is before 10 am. Maximum occupancy is 12 guests.
