From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis of €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is paid in cash upon arrival. The property is part of a complex consisting of four independent villas located next to one another.
