Welcome to Villa Petradi Stone and Serenity, a brand new stone hideaway in the quiet village of Asteri, just outside Rethymno. The villa is designed for guests who want calm, comfort and a touch of Cretan character wrapped in a modern, elegant setting. The moment you walk in, the soft colours, the natural stone and the open views create an atmosphere that slows everything down. Inside, the layout is simple and easy. On the ground floor you’ll find two bright bedrooms with beds that can be set up either as doubles or twins depending on what you need. One of them has its own private bathroom, while the second is just a few steps away from another full bathroom. Upstairs, the loft offers a quiet corner with a double bed and its own WC, perfect for anyone who wants a bit of extra privacy. The kitchen and living space connect naturally with the outdoors, and most guests end up spending their days around the pool. The private garden is fully enclosed, the sun hits the terrace beautifully throughout the day, and the water curtain in the pool adds a gentle, relaxing sound while you unwind. Whether you’re having an easy breakfast outside, reading by the pool or enjoying a slow evening while the sky changes colour, the villa gives you the space to simply breathe. Villa Petradi comes with everything you need for a smooth stay, including Wi Fi, air conditioning through a modern heat pump, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable linens and towels. Families will appreciate the baby cot and high chair, and everyone loves the simplicity of the keybox check in. You’re close enough to tavernas, beaches and the town of Rethymno to explore easily, yet far enough to enjoy real peace and quiet when you return home. It’s the kind of place where the day naturally slows down and the evenings feel long and soft.
