There is also a fully equipped, independent kitchen with a fridge/freezer, hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, juicer, and all necessary utensils. A second dining table is available in the kitchen. A double bedroom with a bathroom containing a shower is located on the ground floor, offering easy access for guests with limited mobility. A round staircase leads to the first floor, which hosts four additional double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large corner jacuzzi tub, double vanity, and balcony access with views of the garden and pool. Another bedroom also includes an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The remaining two bedrooms share a family bathroom. A washing machine is conveniently located in the hall. Outside, large sliding doors from the living area open to a well-maintained garden with a 5x10m private swimming pool, a 100 m² terrace, barbecue area, and outdoor furniture.

The villa is situated in Meneou, on the outskirts of Larnaca, offering a tranquil setting steps from a quiet local beach. Nearby, Mackenzie Beach is about an 8-minute drive and features a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. Finikoudes Beach and its surrounding square, about 15 minutes away, offer additional international dining options and vibrant activity.
