The living room is flooded with natural light during the daytime, making it perfect for lounging and relaxing indoors. It is quite spacious and furnished with a sitting area, a dedicated dining area and a large TV. A sliding door offers direct access to the pool and terrace area. The villa’s modern kitchen, on the other hand, is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, an induction hob, a toaster and an electric kettle. The kitchen and the BBQ area is connected to the scullery where guests can find extra refrigerators, freezers and an ice cube machine. The laundry room has a washing machine and a tumble dryer. A magnificent staircase takes one to the master bedroom upstairs on the first floor. There are three bedrooms on the lower ground floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor. The ground-floor bedrooms have direct access to the terrace. The master bedroom is on the first floor and it has its own private terrace from where guests can enjoy a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea. The majestic villa is located about 5 kilometers east of Marbella city center and at walking distance from both Nicki Beach club and La Cabane. The locality is known for its quiet and friendly community. Guests are placed within easy reach of restaurants, shops and the supermarket. There are a number of top-class golf courses nearby, the closest one is less than a kilometer from the villa. In fact this part of Spain has the highest concentration of golf courses.
