Pets are allowed with written permission only. Maximum of 2 pets. Cats are not allowed. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $1,000 penalty. - The primary guest (booker) must be at least 25 years old at the time of booking. Additionally, a guest aged 25 or older must be present at the property throughout the entire stay. - For your safety, exterior security cameras are installed around the property, but none of them face inside the house or look into interior spaces.
