One king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is also located on this level. The first floor hosts two king-size en-suite bedrooms, a twin bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, and a private study. Every room on this level enjoys sweeping ocean views. From the pool deck, an external staircase leads down to a private garden and a lower level featuring a king-size bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, a private lounge, and a games room equipped with a pool table and TV. Air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and fly screens are provided throughout the villa.
