The villa spans 150 square meters and includes three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with views of the private swimming pool and the sea. A fireplace adds a cozy touch to the living space. The well-equipped kitchen with a spacious island is perfect for those who enjoy cooking. Adjacent to the living room is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private entrance. The upper floor has two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony offering stunning sea views. The top-floor bedroom with two single beds can be connected upon request to form a double bed. The entire villa is air-conditioned and features ceiling fans for those who prefer eco-friendly cooling.

The villa is situated in a peaceful area, offering both seclusion and convenience. Spartochori and Spilia port are nearby, making it easy to access local amenities and explore the surrounding areas. The semi-private beach is within walking distance, providing a serene spot for relaxation.

The villa is ideal for up to 6 adults but can accommodate up to 8 guests if two children are included. Linen is changed twice per week, and local assistance is available 24/7. A house guide and arrival orientation will be provided before the stay. Events are allowed with prior arrangement, and pets are welcome upon request. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00. Capacity: Total capacity is 8 (6 in bedrooms, 2 children on sofa/camp beds). Pets are welcome with a pet fee of €60 per stay.
