Carefully restored, the villa features modern amenities while retaining its original charm. Guests can enjoy a 4.5-foot (1.37-meter) deep swimming pool, a pool table, an entertainment lounge with bar counter, patio seating, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The pantry is stocked with tea and coffee and includes a French press. Unlimited Wi-Fi is available, and laundry service can be arranged for an additional fee. Breakfast is included and can be served in the villa or at Fort Bazaar. The villa does not hold a liquor license; however, guests may bring their own alcohol without incurring a corkage fee. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside bedrooms and indoor living areas, but is permitted in designated outdoor spaces.

The residence is located on Lighthouse Street, right in the heart of the historic Galle Fort. Museums, landmarks, boutiques, cafés, and shops are all within easy walking distance. The nearby coastline provides opportunities for swimming, surfing, diving, and deep-sea cruises for whale and dolphin watching.

The villa does not have a backup generator. A single bed, a baby chair, and a baby cot (one each) can be provided upon request. Guests are reminded that the pool has a consistent depth of 4.5 feet (1.37 meters) and does not have a lifeguard or gate—diving is strictly prohibited. Children must be supervised at all times by adults in the booking party. The villa does not offer accommodation for chauffeurs, drivers, or additional support staff; however, the team is happy to share nearby guesthouse recommendations. In line with the villa’s privacy policy, drivers, chauffeurs, and guides may only meet guests in the lounge area unless otherwise invited. DJs and loud music are not allowed, and music must cease by 10:00 PM in accordance with UNESCO regulations. Please note that although the villa features universal sockets, universal travel adapters and torches are not provided. An additional bed can be arranged at an extra cost if needed.
