As soon as you enter the property, you’ll be welcomed by a spacious wellness area featuring a huge sauna and a whirlpool – pure relaxation! In the fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare delicious meals and enjoy social gatherings around the inviting dining table. For the next morning, Nespresso capsules and a filter coffee machine are provided. With space for up to 16 guests, the Casino offers comfortable bedrooms with queen-size and single beds. Upstairs, you’ll find a home cinema with genuine theater seats, a surround sound system, and of course, a popcorn machine. Just a few meters away is the ULTIMATE gaming area: poker tables, a pool table, a Street Fighter arcade machine, as well as an Xbox and a Switch provide unlimited fun – all with a fantastic view of the indoor basketball court! We are especially proud of our indoor basketball court. Whether it’s a friendly match or an intense training session, you can enjoy exciting sports action right inside your accommodation. Musikboxen dürfen nicht im Außenbereich, auf Balkon/Terrasse, im Garten oder bei geöffneten Fenstern genutzt werden. 4. Ab 22:00 Uhr gilt Nachtruhe. Musik ist dann nur noch innen in Zimmerlautstärke erlaubt. 5. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen Lärmsensor, der nur Lautstärke misst und keine Gespräche aufzeichnet. 6. Bei Beschwerden von Nachbarn, wiederholten Lärmwarnungen oder Verstößen gegen diese Regeln kann der Aufenthalt beendet werden.

Music is only allowed inside the accommodation at moderate volume. From 10:00 PM, we ask you to be especially considerate of the neighbors: please keep windows and doors closed and avoid noise, especially outside. The accommodation is equipped with a privacy-friendly noise sensor. It only measures noise levels and does not record conversations. In case of repeated noise violations, neighbor complaints, or breaches of these rules, the stay may be terminated and the incident may be reported to the booking platform. The property is located in an industrial area. Parking: Stopping in front of the property is permitted for loading and unloading. Otherwise, parking is allowed directly in front of the property in the designated parking spaces. Access to the premises: If the entrance gate to the premises is locked, you will find a key box next to the gate. The code will be provided on your day of arrival. Multiroom Sound System: To use the multiroom sound system, an additional free app (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the property. Please note that if you check in on the same day as a previous guest’s check-out, the whirlpool may not yet have reached operating temperature, as it will have been freshly drained, cleaned, and refilled. The check-out time of 10:00 a.m. must be strictly observed, as we work with external cleaning companies that need to begin cleaning promptly.
