A 36 m² suite with an independent entrance includes a double bed, shower room with WC, and dressing room. The upper floor features a living room with a fireplace, dining area, and an open-plan kitchen opening onto a shaded terrace with direct access to the pool and pool house. The kitchen is equipped with a glass ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and dishwasher. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, ironing facilities, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, and a baby bed.
