Malersiche Villa am Hang mit Poolterrasse

Spanning approximately 475 m², the villa combines traditional stone architecture with modern finishes. The expansive outdoor terrace serves as the focal point of the home, featuring a private swimming pool, landscaped greenery, and uninterrupted views toward the sea and nearby hills. Covered terraces with elegant arches provide shaded areas for dining and lounging, while a large outdoor dining table creates a welcoming setting for shared meals. A built-in barbecue and outdoor preparation area with a sink enhance the alfresco experience. Inside, the bedrooms are bright and carefully styled with soft tones and contemporary furnishings. At least one bedroom offers direct access to the terrace through sliding glass doors and includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Air conditioning is present for comfort. The layout prioritizes both privacy and social gathering spaces, making the property suitable for families or groups traveling together.

The villa is situated in a coastal setting overlooking the sea, surrounded by greenery and hillside views. The elevated position provides a peaceful atmosphere well suited for a relaxing stay.
