🏡 PROPERTY LAYOUT Belmonte XXL consists of two directly connected sections of the property. This gives you a particularly generous amount of space with several living, sleeping, wellness and entertainment areas. The layout is ideal for large groups: everyone can stay together in one connected property while still enjoying different areas at the same time. 🔇 NOISE & CONSIDERATION Belmonte XXL is ideal for group stays but is not a traditional party venue. Please be considerate of the surrounding area, especially when spending time outdoors. Outdoor speakers and sound systems are not permitted. 🚗 PARKING You may stop at the property for loading and unloading. Additional vehicles can be parked in the designated parking areas. Please follow the detailed parking information you will receive before your arrival. 💦 HOT TUBS If you arrive on the same day that previous guests check out, the hot tubs may not yet have reached their full operating temperature at check-in. The hot tubs are emptied, thoroughly cleaned and refilled with fresh water between stays. Heating the fresh water naturally takes some time. 📶 MOBILE RECEPTION Due to the property’s location close to nature, mobile phone reception may be limited in some areas of the accommodation. We recommend using Wi-Fi calling where necessary.
