The property is located in Kamisiana, Kolymbari, Chania, a village in western Crete surrounded by olive groves and countryside. Rapaniana Beach is 450 metres away, while local tavernas, minimarkets, a bakery, pharmacy, and gas station are within a short distance. Chrispy World Waterpark is 1 km away. The village of Kolymvari is 3 km from the property, while Chania Town is approximately 25 km away. The location also provides access to Kolimpari, Maleme, traditional villages, and nearby beaches.

The property is pet-friendly, with pets welcome only upon request, and an additional fee may apply. Guests are kindly asked to inform the host in advance if they wish to bring a pet. From 2024, as stated in Article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis of €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is paid in cash upon arrival. The property is part of a complex consisting of four independent villas located next to one another.
