The 100 m² outdoor area includes a private swimming pool measuring 25 m² with a depth of 1.60 m, as well as sun loungers, umbrellas, a charcoal barbecue, an outdoor dining area, and private parking for one car.

The villa is part of a complex consisting of four independent villas located next to one another. The complex includes two-bedroom villas and three-bedroom villas. Pets are welcome only upon request, and an additional fee may apply. Guests should inform the property in advance if they wish to bring a pet. From 2024, a resilience fee to the climate crisis applies at €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is paid in cash upon arrival.
