The ground floor includes two double bedrooms, a shower room, and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which can be configured as a double. An open-plan sitting room with a double sofa bed connects to the dining area and a large, fully equipped kitchen. Doors open to a shaded dining terrace and the pool area. The first floor, accessed independently via an exterior staircase, features a newly renovated living space with a kitchenette and access to a spacious terrace with panoramic views of the pool, coastline, and Cefalù. This level includes three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Two of these rooms feature mezzanines with two single beds, ideal for teenagers. All double beds on this floor can be converted into twins upon request.

Located just 2 km from the quaint village of Sant'Ambrogio, the area offers a bar, pizzeria, restaurants, a wine shop, and a mini-market. The lively town of Cefalù, just 7 km away, features beach clubs, bars, restaurants, and a variety of shops and services, providing the perfect combination of peaceful retreat and local vibrance.

The pool is open from April 1st to October 31st and measures 9m x 6m with depths ranging from 1.4m to 1.7m. It operates with a saltwater purification system. The property is fenced and pet-friendly upon request, with a fee of €60 per animal per week or part thereof, payable on site. The price includes gas for kitchen use, water, electricity up to 42 kWh/day, weekly linen, initial and final cleaning, pool and garden maintenance, and Wi-Fi. Not included are electricity over 42 kWh/day (charged at current rates), tourist tax (where applicable), and a €30 fee for non-disposal of urban waste at check-out.
